My journey into the world of sports began with a deep passion for running. As a professional runner for six years, I was driven by an unrelenting desire to master every facet of the sport. I immersed myself in not just the physical aspects—strength, conditioning, mobility, and technique—but also the crucial elements that distinguish elite athletes: nutrition, recovery, race strategy, and mental tactics.
This passion for learning and dedication to my craft led me to self-coach my way to the professional level, achieving major milestones such as qualifying for and competing in the Elite Boston Marathon and NYC Marathon—two of the most prestigious events in the world. These achievements were the result of countless hours refining my training, honing my race strategies, and cultivating the mental resilience needed to succeed.
In addition to my running background, I have seven years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach, where I’ve worked with athletes to enhance their physical capabilities, improve mobility, and optimize performance. Now, I bring this wealth of knowledge and experience to climbing, where I help climbers of all levels develop strength, skill, and mental resilience.
With over seven years of climbing experience across multiple disciplines, I understand the importance of blending physical training with technique and mental focus.
